Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Loophole VPN applications and services (the "Service"), provided by TwistedFN Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Loophole VPN provides a virtual private network that encrypts your connection and helps protect your online privacy. We may update, improve, or modify the Service over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Use the Service to engage in illegal activity or to infringe the rights of others;
• Send spam, malware, or attempt to compromise, overload, or interfere with the Service or its network;
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service without our written permission;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent security of, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data;
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

4. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any device used to access the Service, and for activity that occurs under your access. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Plans, payments, and refunds

Some features require a paid subscription or access entitlement. Pricing and plan details are presented at the time of purchase. If you purchase through the Apple App Store, payment is charged to your Apple Account, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel in your device Settings; refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. For purchases made through other methods (such as redeem codes), applicable terms are provided at purchase, and amounts are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what limited information we collect and our commitment not to log your activity or sell your data.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in all locations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwistedFN Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Apple App Store

If you obtain the app through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and TwistedFN Solutions LLC only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. To the extent these Terms differ from Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the standard agreement applies as the baseline license. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app; support is provided by us at support@loopholevpn.com.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence apply.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated Terms here. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
