Terms of Service.

Effective: July 1, 2026

1. The service

Loophole VPN ("the Service", "we", "us") provides encrypted VPN connectivity through applications we publish (currently Android; iOS when released) and servers we operate. These Terms are an agreement between you and TwistedFN Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, and the operator of Loophole VPN. Our Privacy Policy is part of the deal and explains what little data we handle.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms for you. You're responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you where you are.

3. Trials, plans & devices

• New devices receive one free trial (currently 3 days, full features). Trials are per device, not per person — creating artificial devices or identities to farm trials is not allowed and may be blocked.
• Paid plans are prepaid passes (e.g. 30 days) covering a fixed number of devices (1–4 depending on plan). Current prices are on the pricing section and in the app; the price shown at purchase is the price you pay.
• No auto-renewal for direct purchases. When a plan ends, service pauses until you buy another. We don't store a payment method and cannot charge you again.
• Plans are tied to your device account. You may move a plan between your own devices using the in-app linking/recovery features; a plan's device limit applies at all times.
• Credential sharing outside your plan's devices (e.g. reselling one plan across many people) isn't allowed; our per-device credentials make this detectable, and we may suspend abusive accounts.

4. Payments

• Crypto (USDT TRC-20): processed by our payment processor. A plan activates when the network confirms payment. Send exactly the requested amount; blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature.
• Redeem codes: single-use, prepaid codes sold by us and by independent resellers. A code activates the plan printed on it, once. Buy codes only from sources you trust — we can only honor codes we actually issued, and unauthorized or already-used codes are void. Resellers are independent businesses: their local prices and their conduct are their own, but the service you receive after redeeming is ours and covered by these Terms.
• Apple App Store (when our iOS app is available): purchases made inside the iOS app are billed by Apple under Apple's terms. Prices there may differ. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through their standard process, and any subscription offered there can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the Service.

5. Refunds

Direct purchases (USDT or redeem code): if we can't get you a working connection in your region within 7 days of purchase, contact support — after troubleshooting with you, we'll issue a replacement code or a refund. Given the nature of censorship, we can't refund for interruptions caused by network shutdowns or blocks we subsequently work around; see section 7.

App Store purchases: request refunds from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Acceptable use

The Service exists so people can browse, speak, learn, and work privately. You may not use it to:

• attack, scan, or gain unauthorized access to systems or networks;
• send spam or distribute malware;
• commit fraud or violate others' rights (including sexual-abuse material of any kind, which we report where required);
• resell, share, or automate access beyond your plan's device limit without a reseller agreement with us;
• interfere with the Service itself (reverse-engineering our anti-censorship measures to defeat them, probing our infrastructure, reselling extracted credentials).

We can suspend or terminate service for violations. Because we don't monitor traffic content, we act on abuse reports and technical signals, not surveillance.

7. Availability — an honest disclaimer

We operate in places where governments actively try to break this Service. We engineer around blocks (multiple protocols, routes, and networks; automatic failover; updates delivered in-app), and restoring connectivity when something is blocked is our whole job. But we cannot promise uninterrupted service, and during extreme events — such as a national shutdown — no VPN works. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

8. Your security responsibilities

• Download the app only from loopholevpn.com (or, later, official app stores) and verify the published SHA-256 if you received the file another way.
• Keep your device and the app updated.
• If you link an email or Telegram for recovery, keep that account secure — it can move your plan.

9. Intellectual property

The Loophole VPN apps, name, brand, and this website are ours. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the apps to access the Service. Don't copy, modify, or redistribute the apps except as permitted by law or by open-source licenses covering included components (notices are in the app).

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: our total liability for any claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Sanctions & export note

The Service is a personal-communications tool provided consistent with U.S. General License D-2, which authorizes making software of this kind available to people in Iran. You agree not to use the Service on behalf of any government or sanctioned entity.

12. Ending service

You can stop using the Service and delete your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate section 6; where reasonable, we'll warn first.

13. Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms meaningfully, we'll update the date above and note it in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

14. Miscellany

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
