How do I get started?

Install Loophole VPN on your device, open the app, and tap connect. Loophole secures your connection and automatically selects a fast server for you. No advanced configuration is required.

Which devices are supported?

Loophole VPN is available on Android, and is coming soon to iPhone and iPad on the App Store. You can use your access across your devices when you link an account.

How do I activate or redeem my plan?

If you purchased a plan or received a redeem code, open the app, go to your account or subscription screen, and enter the code or sign in. Your access will activate automatically once your plan is confirmed.

Does Loophole VPN keep logs of what I do online?

No. We do not log the websites you visit, your DNS queries, your searches, or the contents of your traffic, and we never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The app won't connect — what should I do?

Try these steps: (1) make sure your internet connection works without the VPN; (2) close and reopen the app; (3) switch to a different server or region; (4) update to the latest app version. If the issue continues, email support@loopholevpn.com with your device type, app version, and a short description, and we'll help.

How do I manage billing, cancel, or get a refund?

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, you can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under your Apple Account; refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. For other purchase methods, contact support@loopholevpn.com. See our Terms of Service for billing details.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email admin@loopholevpn.com from the address associated with your account, or contact support, and we will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
