Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Loophole VPN ("Loophole," "we," "us," or "our"), a service operated by TwistedFN Solutions LLC (United States), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our virtual private network ("VPN") applications and related services (the "Service"). We built Loophole VPN to protect your privacy, and this policy reflects that.
The short version. We do not log, monitor, or store your online activity — not the websites or apps you access, not your DNS queries, not your search history, and not the contents of your traffic. We collect only the limited information needed to operate the Service, and we never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
1. Information we collect
We practice data minimization and collect only what we need to provide a reliable, secure VPN:
a. Account & subscription data
- A device identifier used to associate your device with an active subscription or access entitlement.
- If you choose to create or link an account, an email address or messaging handle you provide. This is optional and used to recover access and manage your plan across devices.
- Your subscription/entitlement status (for example, whether your plan is active and when it expires).
b. Payment data
- Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and a transaction reference. We do not collect or store your full payment-instrument details.
c. Service & diagnostic data
- Limited operational data such as app version, device type and operating-system version, the server or region you connect to, connection timestamps, aggregate amount of data transferred, and crash or error diagnostics.
- We use this strictly to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service and to select the best-performing server for you.
d. Approximate location
- We may derive a coarse, approximate location (such as country or region) from your connection in order to choose a suitable server. We do not collect precise GPS location.
2. Information we do not collect
Because we are a privacy product, we deliberately do not collect or retain logs of your online activity. Specifically, we do not record:
- The websites, services, or apps you connect to;
- Your browsing history or search history;
- Your DNS queries;
- The content of your network traffic; or
- Destination IP addresses associated with your activity.
We do not associate your network traffic with your identity, and we have no activity logs to sell, share, or hand over.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and secure the VPN;
- To manage your subscription, entitlement, and redeem codes;
- To select servers and improve speed, reliability, and performance;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. We do not sell or share your data
We do not, and will not, sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for their own purposes. We share limited information only with service providers who process it strictly on our behalf and under contract — for example, payment processors and infrastructure/hosting providers — solely so we can operate the Service. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
5. Legal requests
We may disclose limited information if we are legally required to do so by valid legal process. However, because we do not keep logs of your online activity, we cannot produce records of the sites you visited or the contents of your traffic — we simply do not have them.
6. Data retention
We retain account and subscription information for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. Diagnostic data is kept for a short period and is minimized or aggregated where possible. You may request deletion of your account data at any time (see "Your rights").
7. Security
We protect your data using encryption in transit, access controls, and other technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continually to protect your information.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at admin@loopholevpn.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where required by local law). If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. International users and data transfers
Loophole VPN operates a global server network. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated policy on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by other appropriate means.
